
Jason Plato may have held onto his BTCC lead at Donington Park, but it was Gordon Shedden, Andrew Jordan and Colin Turkington who took a win apiece in the East Midlands.
As expected, the new BTCC season kicked off in dramatic fashion at Brands Hatch, with Jason Plato securing the early championship lead.
After a winter that seems to have flown by, it’s time for the action to get back underway again with the start of the 2013 BTCC season.
After a drama-filled 30 races, it was Gordon Shedden who emerged victorious to lift the 2012 BTCC title on Finals Day.
After a season full of drama and intrigue, the BTCC title fight comes down to the final round of the year once again with four men still in contention for honours.
